Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect when you book with ViaClay, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We are a small pottery studio, not an advertising business — we collect what we need to run your class and nothing more.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, so we can put you on the class list and send your confirmation and pickup notice.
• Your phone number, if you give us one, so we can reach you about a class.
• We ask that you share the names of your guests, if booking a private party, so we can identify their work during glazing and firing. This information is optional.
• Your booking history — the classes you have taken and paid for.

Payments

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never reaches ViaClay and we never store it. We keep a record that a payment happened, for how much, and a reference so we can find it again — that is all.

Emails you get from us

We email you about your own bookings — confirmations, class reminders, and a note when your pots are ready. These are part of the service we offer and are not considered marketing. If we ever send a newsletter or promotion, it will have an unsubscribe link.
